Personally, I imagined Saylor being a mixture of the Fifth, Sixth and Twelfth Doctors. But there are times when she behaves like the Seventh Doctor, happens during the intellectual confrontation, specifically with Jenesis.
She is very sarcastic, she can be annoyed and grumpy at times, she may consider herself smarter than her opponents, and she can be manipulative. That’s not quite a person you’d like to be a proper hero.
