Bombs vs. Sleepwalkers Medley, shortened as BvS Medley or simply Medley, is an ongoing musical event by liledix⁴.

Full version of Medley is planned to have 29 tracks, with overall length of over 40 minutes.

Majority of compositions are remasters.

Overall style of Medley is primarily orchestral, however synthesizers and electric guitars are also prominent.

• Part 1 (February 22, 2026) has three tracks: Medley Intro (unfinished), remaster of Future on Fire, and Lisa (BvS adaptation of Lisa’s Theme from the mod Doki Doki Literature Club! New Heading).
• Part 2 (March 1, 2026) has full version of Fleeing the Urban Chaos.
• Part 3 (March 6, 2026) has remastered version of Sleepwalkers are Raidin’.
• Part 4 (March 17, 2026) has remastered version of Radioactive City.
